Lillian Victoria Ng
Lillian Ng is a leadership coach, author, and TEDx speaker who helps executives, entrepreneurs, and rising leaders break limiting beliefs, elevate their identity, and achieve measurable transformation. Her clients include leaders from Goldman Sachs, Chase, Deloitte, and top real estate and financial organizations.
A Chinese American mother of three, Lillian brings a rare bicultural and global perspective shaped by her career in the US-Chinese film industry and mentorship under legendary performance coach Bob Proctor. She uses storytelling to drive identity shifts, confidence building, and leadership growth.
She also champions the next generation—writing a children’s book to teach entrepreneurship and financial literacy and helping parents guide teens toward meaningful purpose, resilience, and future-ready leadership.
John Wang
John is a 15-year educator and leadership coach with a proven record of elite admissions success. As the author of Big Asian Energy, he specializes in helping students and professionals overcome cultural barriers, build confidence, and develop authentic leadership presence. His work has been featured in WSJ, CNBC, TEDx, Audible, and Amazon, and he has coached leaders from Fortune 50 companies including Google, Meta, and Goldman Sachs. His new book, Big Asian Energy (Penguin Random House, May 2025), offers practical tools for unlocking full leadership potential.
